1. What SleepPool is

SleepPool is a skill-based challenge platform. Users set a personal sleep goal, contribute a stake to a shared pool, and have their sleep verified automatically through their device's health data. Participants who meet their goal share the pool; those who do not forfeit their stake to the finishers. SleepPool retains a small, clearly disclosed service fee on each pool.

2. Skill, not chance

Outcomes are determined by each participant's own behavior, not by chance. SleepPool is not gambling. Pools have multiple winners and no house edge.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be located in a U.S. state where skill-based contests for prizes are permitted.
• Pools are not available where prohibited by law.

4. Stakes, fees, and payouts

Stakes are small and capped per pool. The service fee for each pool is disclosed before you join. Payments and payouts are processed by our third-party payment provider. A cooling-off window allows you to leave and be refunded before a pool locks.

5. Fair play

Sleep must be your own, recorded by your own wearable or phone. Attempting to falsify or manipulate sleep data is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
